　　Basalt fiber needled felt is a disordered and staggered single fiber, forming an undirected three-dimensional microporous structure. It is made of fine basalt fiber, with large specific surface area, porosity of more than 80% and no boron. It can be used for advanced air filtration and purification, thermal insulation and sound absorption, thermal insulation materials, hot-rolled mirror steel, aluminum plate and high-temperature resistant and soft bedding materials.

The acidity coefficient of fiber is 4.86, pH=0.34； At 2mol / L After boiling in NaOH solution for 3 hours, the mass loss fraction was 0.0275%.
4	Good thermal shock resistance and stability	It can be used in 500 ℃ thermal vibration environment for a long time, and the mass loss is less than 0.02%, At 900 ℃, the mass loss is only 0.03%.
5	Wave absorption and magnetic permeability	It has excellent microwave absorption performance, and the microwave absorption performance can be further improved after surface modification of magnetic materials.
6	Excellent dielectric properties	The dielectric loss tangent of basalt fiber with volume resistivity greater than 1012 Ω· m and treated with special wetting agent is 50% lower than that of glass fiber, which can be used to manufacture new heat-resistant dielectric materials.
7	Sound absorption and heat insulation	It has excellent sound absorption and sound insulation performance, and its low frequency absorption coefficient and peak absorption coefficient are all higher than traditional sound absorbing foam, preoxygenation wire and so on. The thermal conductivity is more than 20% lower than that of glass fiber, which is much lower than that of rock wool and other thermal insulation materials.
