  Concrete basalt fiber as a traditional building material, what role does basalt fiber play in concrete? In the face of increasingly complex construction environment and special requirements such as emergency repair and construction, the disadvantage of low early strength needs to be solved urgently. At present, there are many studies on early strength concrete, but most of them focus on the mix proportion design, workability improvement and compressive and flexural strength of early strength concrete. These studies mainly focus on the static mechanical properties of early strength concrete, while there are few studies on the dynamic mechanical properties of early strength concrete.
 
  In the actual environment, because the emergency repair and construction projects are put into use soon, under the influence of many factors such as vehicle driving, bridge vibration, aircraft take-off and landing, the concrete will inevitably be affected by impact load in the early stage. Therefore, the study on the early dynamics of early strength concrete is of great significance to the normal use and safety evaluation of rapid repair projects. Basalt fiber is a continuous fiber formed by drawing basalt stone after melting at high temperature. It has many excellent properties, such as high strength, high stability, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and so on. Adding basalt fiber into concrete can effectively improve the mechanical properties of concrete. At present, there are many researches on basalt fiber concrete, but the research on the application of basalt fiber in early strength concrete has not been reported, and its excellent mechanical properties are bound to make early strength concrete have more excellent early comprehensive properties.
 
  Basalt fiber is an inorganic fiber material formed by high-temperature melting and drawing of basalt ore formed by volcanic eruption. It is a new fiber material just developed in China in recent years. It has unique advantages compared with carbon fiber, aramid fiber and other high-tech fibers. Basalt has unique high temperature resistance. The maximum temperature it can withstand can reach 700 ℃ and - 269 ℃ (softening point 960 ℃) at low temperature, which is significantly higher than - 60 ~ 450 ℃ of glass fiber. When basalt fiber works in the structure below 400 ℃, its breaking strength can maintain 85% of the original strength; When working in structures below 600 ℃, its breaking strength can still maintain 80% of the original strength. From these data, it can be seen that basalt fiber reinforced concrete shows superior high temperature resistance and is the first choice in high temperature resistant building materials.
